Key Responsibilities:

  • We participate in and support all audit and certification projects, including but not limited to ISO, OHSAS, OSPAR, SOC II, BCA Green Mark, TIA-942, IMDA Data Protection Trustmark, and Singapore Standards certification programmes for ensuring continued compliance to global standards.

The role requires re-certification and surveillance audit support for existing KDC certification renewed or implemented as per contractual requirement

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that business processes meet certification requirements
  • Establish, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure compliance
  • Develop a Global Operations Process blueprint and Standard Operating Procedures for DC sites
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance on approved joint certification activities e.g. Business Impact Assessment (BIA), Audited Business Management System (ABMS) etc.
  • Site support during client enquiries/questionnaires or reviews relating to new and existing Data Centre certifications (I.e. ISO audits, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM), SOC-II, OSPAR, UL2799 zero waste to landfill, BCA Green Mark, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), TIA 942 etc)
  • Monitor and ensure findings are closed from internal or external audit and ensure continuous improvement
  • Presentation of certification updates during operation meetings or when required
  • Administrative support in raising Purchase Requisitions/Orders (PR/PO). To ensure budget is well managed and all PR are raised timely
  • To submit certification budget and forecast during the annual budgeting exercises for DC Reits and ADCF
  • Digitisation and process workflow improvements
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
  • Travel overseas for work/assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department
