Job Description

As a seasoned professional in vehicle repairs, you will oversee a team of mechanical foremen to ensure seamless execution of repair orders. Your responsibilities will include organizing and controlling the team to achieve exceptional service quality.

Additionally, you will monitor the progress of work according to agreed priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of all work areas, as well as ensuring all staff observe safety procedures.

Effective coordination with suppliers and mechanical foremen is crucial to preventing vehicles from overstaying, meeting deadlines for vehicle submission, and informing the workshop planner and manager about mechanical foremen availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in vehicle repairs, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Possess sound knowledge of motor vehicles.
  • Good team player, self-driven, and proactive.
  • Minimum NTC 3 in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
Benefits

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday).
