Ground Operations Manager

This role is for a Site Execution Supervisor to manage and oversee daily field operations for technically specialised ground-related activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute day-to-day site operations, including movement of site assets and assignment of personnel to active zones.
- Lead a field crew to ensure project milestones are achieved safely, efficiently, and within the planned timeline.
- Monitor the functionality and condition of on-site mechanical systems and tools; ensure maintenance needs are promptly addressed.
- Enforce on-ground safety protocols and oversee compliance with required hazard control measures and job-specific safety procedures.
- Must hold valid site supervisory-level certification related to workplace risk management and construction safety leadership.
- Should have at least 5 years of relevant site experience, preferably in sectors involving underground, foundation, or soil-related works.
- Be familiar with specialised field techniques involving soil improvement, anchoring, or structural ground interfaces.
