Job Description

This high-impact role combines strategic planning, autonomy, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for driving sales efforts across assigned regions (Australasia & Africa). As a Regional Growth Driver, you will work closely with internal teams to drive results.

You will develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and help clients achieve their growth goals. This role requires a deep understanding of business culture and commercial dynamics in your regions.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and help clients achieve their growth goals.
  • Sales Execution: Lead sales efforts in assigned regions, working closely with internal teams to drive results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Australasia & Africa regions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or media.
  • Success working with clients in the Australasia & Africa regions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
