In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gym, ensuring that all programs, classes, and activities run smoothly. You will also supervise and motivate a team of coaches and staff members, providing ongoing support and development opportunities. Additionally, you will coach and mentor students in ninja warrior, parkour, gymnastics, obstacle course racing, and fitness training, ensuring they receive proper guidance to improve their skills and confidence.
As a Gym Operations Director, you will work closely with our administrative staff to manage the booking system, financial systems, inventory management, and manpower scheduling to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes. You will also collaborate with our coaches to develop structured, engaging weekly lesson plans that align with curriculum goals, and assist in promoting the academy through local events, social media, and outreach programs.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in gym or fitness center management, preferably in a similar role within a children's fitness or sports academy. They must have knowledge of parkour, gymnastics, obstacle course racing, or fitness training and experience in coaching children, with a focus on fitness, agility, and strength-based training. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
