Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Gym Manager to lead the operations of our new fitness facility at Cheng San CC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, personal training, operations, and finance, with a passion for fitness and community building. This role will oversee the initial gym setup, day-to-day operations, staff hiring, and marketing strategies to drive membership growth and ensure a world-class member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including traditional (flyers, local partnerships, events) and digital (social media, email campaigns, SEO) channels.
  • Manage social media presence, creating engaging content to attract and retain members.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to promote the gym.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Operations

  • Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff.
  • Manage equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and vendor relationships.
  • Implement and enforce gym policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate class schedules, personal training sessions, and group fitness programs.

Finance and Hiring

  • Develop and manage the gym’s budget, including revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
