Roles & Responsibilities

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Gym Manager to lead the operations of our new fitness facility at Cheng San CC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, personal training, operations, and finance, with a passion for fitness and community building. This role will oversee the initial gym setup, day-to-day operations, staff hiring, and marketing strategies to drive membership growth and ensure a world-class member experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing


•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including traditional (flyers, local partnerships, events) and digital (social media, email campaigns, SEO) channels.


•Manage social media presence, creating engaging content to attract and retain members.


•Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to promote the gym.


•Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Operations


•Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff.


•Manage equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and vendor relationships.


•Implement and enforce gym policies, procedures, and safety protocols.


•Coordinate class schedules, personal training sessions, and group fitness programs.

Finance and Hiring


•Develop and manage the gym's budget, including revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
