Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our valuation engagements. As a seasoned expert in business and intangible assets, you will be responsible for performing independent valuations for various clients.


Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in valuation and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. They should also be proficient in financial instruments valuation and have a strong grasp of business and intangible assets concepts.


  • Leading valuation engagements and developing comprehensive reports
  • Performing due diligence and risk assessments on clients' financial situations
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to secure new business opportunities
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in valuation within an accounting or professional services firm
  • Excellent academic background preferably with a professional qualification in accounting/finance/CFA/FRM
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
