Job Description

We support clients across financial reporting, transactions, restructuring and disputes, delivering valuations that are robust, relevant and commercially grounded.

We tailor our work to each client's unique needs while keeping pace with evolving market dynamics.

  • Perform and review valuations of businesses, intangible assets and financial instruments for purposes including financial reporting, transactions and litigation support.
  • Lead market and industry research; design, build and analyse financial models; and establish best practices, workflows and procedures in valuation.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, engagement letters, marketing materials and technical documents.
  • Conduct and review purchase price allocations for post-transaction financial reporting.
  • Lead the preparation of comprehensive valuation reports and review memos that meet the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Co-lead client relationship management, practice development and broader business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout engagements and proactively identify ways to strengthen networks and partnerships.
