Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced valuation professional to join our team as a Manager. As a key member of our valuation practice, you will be responsible for leading valuation engagements, performing independent valuations, and providing expert advice to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Leading in the execution of valuation engagements, including financial instruments, intangible assets, and businesses;">
  • Performing independent valuations, analysis, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, financial reporting, and restructuring;">
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships, including pitching for new work and preparing proposals;">
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring associates and interns on valuation and related services;">
">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • An excellent academic background, preferably with a professional qualification in accounting/finance/CFA/FRM;">
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in valuation, acquired within a valuation practice within an accounting and/or professional services firm;">
  • A strong grasp of business and intangible assets valuation concepts, with proficiency in financial instruments valuation being a plus;">
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers;">
  • The ability to work independently and develop good relationships with senior management and partners;">
