Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, execution, and evaluation of strategies for enhancing community organizations and local initiatives.
- Participate in regular meetings with designated community groups and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Serve as a facilitator to empower community organizations in planning and carrying out local projects.
- Provide essential administrative and logistical assistance to community groups for the successful execution of their activities.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and reappointment of community organization members to promote inclusive participation.
- Clarify governmental policies, encourage dialogue, and communicate feedback to strengthen the relationship between government entities and community organizations.
- Engage residents in national initiatives and projects to enhance community involvement.
- Prepare and submit progress reports on community organizations, provide constructive feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve communication and collaboration.
- Guide and mentor staff within the Constituency Office to maximize human resources in achieving objectives.
