Position Overview
The Parent Liaison Manager will report directly to the Group Brand and Marketing Director and collaborate closely with the School Principal and other internal departments. This role is essential in promoting EtonHouse International School to both the local and international communities.
Key Responsibilities
Enquiry Management
- Oversee the PLO team to ensure all new enquiries are accurately captured in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective parents through phone or email within one working day.
- Confirm school tour details with prospective parents via email.
- Re-confirm appointments with prospective parents one day prior to the school tour.
- Send a follow-up email to parents within one working day after the school tour.
- Track and document all feedback and comments in the CRM system promptly.
- Conduct follow-up calls with parents three days post-tour to address any questions or concerns.
- Coordinate follow-up meetings and assessments within one week after the school tour.
- Review enquiry statuses and ensure appropriate follow-ups are conducted.
- Develop and compile tour templates and learning stories to enhance the school tour experience.
- Stay informed about school activities and updates to enrich the school tour presentation.
- Observe and mentor PLEs during school tours to ensure effective promotion of the school.
- Continuously assess and refine the school tour process to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Assist families with student pass applications and facilitate communication with relevant parties.
- Participate in induction courses and professional development sessions provided by HQ.
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM for reporting and trend analysis.
- Update parent statuses in the CRM and engage them throughout the admissions process.
- Train new and existing PL team members on best practices in customer experience and technology use.
- Regularly update AI bot templates to keep them relevant and utilize campaigns to enhance engagement.
Open House and School Tours
- Lead the planning and execution of open days, including managing RSVPs and coordinating schedules.
- Confirm attendance with prospective families 2-3 days before the event.
- Assign school tour groups to coordinators.
- Brief coordinators on the open house setup and logistics.
- Ensure the school environment is prepared and welcoming for visitors.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide refreshments for the event.
- Facilitate presentations by the principal and leadership team during the open house.
- Prepare and distribute materials and resources to families attending the event.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 5-6 years of relevant experience in sales management or business development within the education sector or a service-oriented industry.
- Experience in sales management is preferred.
- Familiarity with international school environments is advantageous.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Results-driven with a proactive marketing approach.
