Achieve Success with Amplify Health's Business Development Initiatives
In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth and ensuring customer value delivery. Our Commercial team at Amplify Health Asia PTE. LIMITED is renowned for its thought leadership in healthcare and health insurance.
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities, growing accounts, and delivering strategic account management.
Your primary focus will be on providing end-to-end support and structure for identifying, building, and monitoring sales pipelines. You will create high-quality materials, such as client pitches, proposals, and account reviews, to support our consultative sales for the Amplify Health solution set.
You will also be tasked with strategic account management for key client accounts, tracking value delivery, and potential growth opportunities while managing client relationships. Additionally, you will build a comprehensive understanding of our product suite to enable relevant sales and client conversations.
As a cross-functional team player, you will work closely with various teams, including product and operations, to convert opportunities through the sales pipeline and manage key accounts. You will also support different governance forums within our organization or with clients by preparing reports on commercial KPIs, pipeline performance, and overall account results.
Furthermore, you will partner with our marketing team to support product marketing collateral and external/ internal events. You will maintain relationships across key client stakeholders to keep up-to-date with client needs and the impact of our solutions.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Graduate Degree from reputable university
- Strong project management experience and skillset
- Organized and structured in written and verbal communication
- Responsive to business needs
- Creative and resourceful in applying consultative sales skills at multiple levels
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting and business development, with experience in communicating with multiple stakeholders and managing complex projects/initiatives. They should have minimum 5-7 years' experience within the insurance industry, with exposure to health and/or digital engagement and technology solutions and/or organizational transformation projects.
The successful candidate will be able to operate in a multi-stakeholder environment, managing potentially different expectations and needs. They should be enthusiastic, open-minded, and fast to learn, with the ability to work well under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A good problem-solving and analytical skillset, along with being a team player with a 'hands-on' can-do attitude, is essential.
