Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify community needs and develop targeted outreach programs.
  • Assist in creating comprehensive program plans, including objectives, strategies, and timelines.
  • Execute outreach programs according to established plans.
  • Coordinate logistics, resources, and volunteers for program activities.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of programs within allocated resources.
  • Foster relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Engage with community members to gather input and feedback for program improvements.
  • Develop frameworks to assess program impact.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and inform data-driven improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on program progress, outcomes, and challenges.
  • Maintain detailed records of program activities and expenditures.
  • Provide training and support to program staff and volunteers.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Community Development, Sociology).
  • Proven experience in community development or outreach programs, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of community development principles and best practices is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to various community locations as needed.
