Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Service Officer Enforcement. This role involves working closely with customers to resolve vehicle damage reports, investigating damages, and ensuring prompt resolution. Key responsibilities include outbound calls, emails, and onsite visits, as well as managing accident reports and assisting with recovery of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong problem-solving ability. Relevant experience in customer service, particularly in enforcement or collection roles, is highly desirable. A Class 3 or Class 2B license is also advantageous.
