Vehicle Damage Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled customer support professional to join our team. As a representative for our organization, you will work closely with customers to resolve vehicle damage reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve vehicle damage reports by communicating with customers and resolving issues promptly.
- Assess the cost of repairs and communicate with customers to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Manage accident reports and follow-ups to ensure a smooth process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Perform other tasks assigned by your supervisor to maintain the highest level of service quality.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify potential fraud and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of office productivity software and web technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Experience in enforcement, collection, or a related field is highly valued.

- Class 3 driving license (advantageous).

- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Microsoft Word proficiency to create clear and concise documents.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
