We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager of FMCG Business Development to lead our retail and business development strategy, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a key member of the SUPER MED PTE. LTD. team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive retail and FMCG business plan, aligned with the company's objectives.
You will drive sales growth and maximize revenue generation through effective strategies and tactics, build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors, and lead a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5-8 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the FMCG industry, a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving business targets, and strong knowledge of retail operations, supply chain management, and consumer trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive retail and FMCG business plan, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Drive sales growth and maximize revenue generation through effective strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors to optimize our market reach.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
