This role is designed for a professional who will work closely with the Relationship Manager to provide exceptional customer service and support in daily tasks.
- The ideal candidate will coordinate with various departments on a daily basis to ensure seamless execution of investment trades and activities.
- A thorough understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, and documentation is required to maintain compliance and regulatory requirements.
- The successful applicant will assist the Relationship Manager in delivering periodic investment market updates, trade execution, and product placement for various investment products including FX, bonds, equities, funds, and structured products.
- Providing administrative support to the Relationship Manager, including maintaining accurate client transaction records, reports, and data, is an essential part of this role.
- Oversight of dealing infrastructure, processes, and systems for investment products, ensuring adherence to sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements, is also key to success in this position.
- Promoting superior customer service and contributing to the overall customer experience of the bank by ensuring timely responses and effective resolution of client queries are crucial aspects of this job.
Key Requirements:
- A university graduate with a sound understanding of economics, best market practices, and investment products in wealth management.
