**Job Scope - Relationship Management Associate**
- Assist Relationship Managers and fellow Relationship Management Associates in building and maintaining long-term relationships with High Net Worth clients;
- Responsible for providing support in the opening of accounts/relationships, maintenance, transaction processing and service delivery as per clients' requirements;
- Trade placements, trade logging and delivering accurate and timely reporting on trades and any other investments to clients;
- Tracking of performance of client portfolios, structured products, funding needs for accounts and executing funding-related trades when needed;
- Conduct independent calls for verification of instructions from clients;
- Ensure complete and updated KYC documentation;
- Preparation of client presentations - for market updates/portfolio performance/investment ideas;
- Administrative duties as required;
- Keeping yourself updated in understanding of the financial compliance and regulatory requirements;
- Ensuring that procedures, when executing trades and administrative tasks, are in compliance with regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Finance-related preferred);
- Fluency in the English and Thai language - both written & spoken;
- Relevant experience in private banking or other similar financial institutions;
- Knowledge of banking instruments (equities, bonds, derivatives, others) and the financial markets is a plus;
- Knowledge in Customer Due Diligence / Know Your Client (CDD/KYC), Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT) and etc. will be advantageous;
- Service oriented personality. Able to anticipate clients' needs and react suitably;
- Ability to multi-task and work independently whilst being a good team-player, under a high stress environment;
- Have a strong appreciation for the importance of client confidentiality.
