Contract EUC Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill the role of Contract EUC Support Engineer.

About the Job

The successful candidate will provide internal IT support for our team, working closely with the Central IT hub team on operations and project execution.

  • Provide onsite support for Office IT Infrastructure, including Network, WiFi, VC, Printers, CCTV, and Door access.
  • Manage inventory, assets, and vendors.
  • Execute local projects according to regional guidelines.
  • Purchase necessary IT equipment and tools.
  • Train end-users on new technologies and software.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT infrastructure operations and projects, as well as expertise in PC support and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements
  • Proven track record in IT operations and projects (2-3 years minimum)
  • Expertise in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of Networking (LAN, WiFi, Internet, VPN)
  • Awareness of Information/ DATA Security and tools
  • Strong logical communication in English
  • Experience in Ticketing systems
