Product Visionary: Delivering Customer-Centric Products

    The role of Product Owner encompasses strategic vision and tactical execution. As a highly motivated and experienced individual, you will bridge the gap between product strategy and development execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring features to life.

    As a key member of our organization, your primary focus will be on translating product vision into actionable sprints, ensuring efficient delivery and optimizing team performance.

Job Description:
  • Translate product vision into actionable sprints to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure seamless execution and maximize throughput.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in a Product Owner or related role in tech or digital products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in SaaS, AI products, or web/mobile platforms.
  • Background in UX, software development, or business analysis.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or product analytics platforms.
Responsibilities:
  1. Backlog Management: Own and meticulously manage the product backlog to ensure it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with overall product strategy.
  2. Sprint Planning & Execution: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the development team has a clear understanding of priorities and requirements.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and efficient execution of product initiatives.
  4. Tactical Prioritization: Continuously prioritize backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment, adapting to changing market conditions and feedback.
  5. Requirements Clarification: Provide on-demand clarifications for the development team regarding requirements, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation.
  6. Acceptance Testing: Collaborate with QA to define and execute acceptance tests, ensuring delivered features meet the defined criteria and quality standards.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sprint performance and key delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement in the execution process and proposing solutions.
  8. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on sprint progress, potential blockers, and planned deliverables.
  9. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to sprint execution and delivery, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
