Job Title:

A Product Visionary Leader is sought to spearhead the development of key product categories, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering solutions that create value for customers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and people development skills, with a proven track record of launching successful products.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers across multiple product lines, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centric thinking.
  • Set individual goals and conduct regular reviews, supporting career development and ensuring timely delivery of business objectives.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making, analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics to inform product prioritization and optimization.
  • Define and execute product strategies, developing business cases and plans that align with corporate goals and market expectations.
  • Maintain relationships with key suppliers, partners, and customers, translating customer pain points into actionable product requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy, or related technical field; eight (8)+ years experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or people management role, MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy and operations preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in ideating and launching successful products, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with proficiency in MS Office software.
