About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Junior Executive.

Job Summary:
This role involves coordinating maintenance and repair works with external vendors and providing timely updates to relevant departments.

Main Responsibilities:
Act as main coordinator between operation team and external vendors in all maintenance and repair works.
Provide timely updates on all servicing works to relevant departments to ensure smooth facilitation of jobs.
Assist the Manager in coordinating internal/external stakeholders in project management.
Ensure timely progression of projects.
Monitor and ensure timely execution and conclusion of projects.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Arrangements:
Full Day 9.00am – 6.00pm. 5.0 Day work week (44 working hours/week).
