Precision Quality Assurance Expert

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Precision Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of precision and accuracy in our products.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Operating various inspection equipment, including air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems.
- Analyzing inspection data to identify defect rates and determine potential root causes.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience operating inspection equipment and proficiency in using advanced dimensional inspection tools like Hexagon Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), Optical Measuring Machines (OMMs), surface roughness testers, gloss meters, and colorimeters.
- Strong background in CAD and 3D modeling software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation.
- Ability to work closely with the team to provide on-site support by referencing Manufacturing Quality Engineering (MQE) data, product specifications, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) guidelines, and Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (MSOPs).
