Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to deliver expert quality management and engineering support services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing Engineering Print requirements, Inspection Plans, Inspection Gauges, Equipment, Methods & Techniques to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

A strong background in Precision Engineering is required, with a minimum Diploma holder in Engineering. The ideal candidate will also possess good knowledge of GD& T, ISO Requirements, FMEA, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will design gauges, prepare PPAP and FAI documentation, and interpret engineering prints and specifications. They will also assist in ordering new gauges and prepare Document of FMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Chart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gauge Design and Development: Designing high-quality gauges that meet the required precision and accuracy standards.
  • Documentation and Planning: Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation and planning tools such as PPAP and FAI documentation.
  • Engineering Support: Providing expert engineering support services including interpreting engineering prints and specifications.
  • Ordering and Procurement: Assisting in the procurement of new gauges and equipment.
