We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client service operations as the Head of Client Service at THINK TEACH ACADEMY PTE. LTD.

As a strategic thinker with 4-6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role, you will develop and implement client service strategies to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.

You will lead and mentor a team of Client Service Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Your key responsibilities include overseeing client accounts, managing high-value clients, resolving complex issues effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service offerings and drive client retention.

A strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams, is essential for this role. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a client-first mindset, and high proficiency in English. Familiarity with CRM tools and related software is preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $80,000 - SGD $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. If you're ready to take on a leadership role and shape our client service operations, we'd love to hear from you.
