$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Global Account Development Manager to join our team in Southeast Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans for key global and regional customers.
You will work closely with our business segment teams to develop and implement sales and marketing programs and strategies to achieve sales targets.
Your primary focus will be on establishing strong relationships with customer organizations, staying up-to-date on competitor activity, and sharing market information.
As a Global Account Development Manager, you will also be responsible for providing timely and accurate call reports, sales forecasts, and customer plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- At least 5 years' commercial experience in lubricants, additives, or related oil/chemical/OEM industry
- Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Effectively bilingual an advantage
- Possess entrepreneurial skills, a strong drive for results, and creative thinking
- Ability to travel within the region (30%)
