Residential Project Manager

Overview:

The Residential Project Manager will oversee mechanical and electrical works on residential projects, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications and drawings.

  • Supervise the execution of construction works, monitoring contractor's site progress and performance.
  • Maintain proper site records on work progress and documentation.
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality standards, requirements, and specifications are met.
  • Liaise with contractors to resolve site installation issues and coordinate works.
  • E nsure site safety, cleanliness, and tidiness are maintained at all times.
Requirements:

We seek a skilled professional with a strong background in building services. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or ITC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution and relevant experience in commercial/institutional development.

  • Diploma / ITC (Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • National Certificate in Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent will be advantageous.
  • Registered Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building services with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services and local construction practices.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel for project update and reports.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and time management skills are also essential in this role.
