Residential Cleaning Specialist

The role of a Residential Cleaning Specialist involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of residential condominium common areas and facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all areas are well-kept and presentable at all times.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Clean and disinfect common areas such as lobbies, corridors, lifts, staircases, and restrooms.
  • Collect and dispose of waste, including recycling duties.
  • Maintain cleaning tools and report any equipment issues.
  • Support ad-hoc cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Key Requirements:
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Physically fit and able to handle cleaning duties.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and safety procedures is an advantage.
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, in line with local workforce hiring requirements.
