Roles and Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, wash, wax, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture regularly. Make beds, change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests. Attend to their requests for extra supplies promptly. Stock linen closets and other supplies' areas efficiently.

Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances thoroughly. Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators frequently. Disinfect operating rooms and other hospital areas as needed. Pick up debris and empty trash containers on a daily basis. Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain the appearance of the facility.

Report and store lost and found items securely. May provide basic information on facilities to guests or visitors. May handle complaints in a professional manner.
