House Management Opportunity

The house manager plays a vital role in the overall management of a prestigious household in Singapore. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver discreet, high-standard service while overseeing all aspects of household operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Household Operations: Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of service.
  • Culinary Service Oversight: Supervise the Cook and household staff in weekly menu planning and event catering.
  • Vendor & Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate routine and ad-hoc maintenance with the household maintenance team and external vendors.
  • Event & Lifestyle Planning: Plan and execute household events, liaising with external vendors and other support teams when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in household, property, or hospitality management.
  • Strong vendor and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver discreet and confidential service with professionalism and etiquette.
  • Strong attention to detail; an interest in arts, wine, and flower arrangements is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with high standards of service.
