Job Title: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Collect detailed sales, customer visit, new customer, and competitor information for reporting during weekly catch-up calls with the Key Account Manager and Sales Director.
- Collaborate with the technical and product development team to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Source, analyze, and qualify a strategic pipeline of new and profitable business opportunities, and develop proposals and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Maintain a database of prospects and customer activity utilizing appropriate tools and systems.
- Prepare and manage a sales budget, forecast, and track KPI targets, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
- Work closely with field sales colleagues and key stakeholders to identify and develop commercial initiatives and secure new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction and prepare and submit formal business tenders and proposals.
- Stay informed about industry and competitor trends and bring forward fresh ideas for new business opportunities.
- Maximize networking opportunities to increase awareness of the company.
- Degree qualification or equivalent, preferably in an engineering or technical-related qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Seals & Sealing or Marine Industry.
- Permanent role with AWS and variable bonus.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Working location: Central.
