Lcentral (AMK) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic candidate to fill the role of Customer Service Executive. This is a part-time position that requires the ability to work flexibly and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting brand standards. You will also be required to establish excellent rapport with students and customers, ensure a positive and nurturing learning environment, and assist in the day-to-day operations of the centre. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration of the centre, including rostering, scheduling, payments, and student enrolments.
Requirements
This is a permanent part-time position that requires a minimum 6-month commitment. You must be available to work 2 weekdays and have the ability to start work immediately. You will be required to work from 1pm to 9pm on weekdays and 9am to 6:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. You will be paid $12 per hour on weekdays and $15 per hour on weekends. You must also be willing to travel locally and have a working location at 988 Upper Serangoon Road, #01-30 Stars of Kovan, Singapore 534733.
