Job Title: Senior Client Management Specialist

Job Description

This role involves managing high-level client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering professional services engagements or outsourced solutions. As a key contact for clients, you will work closely with delivery managers to ensure timely project delivery, aligning with the client's business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of Service Delivery Specialists to achieve service delivery excellence.
  • Ensure services are delivered as per agreements and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and select vendors.
  • Proactively engage with suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Manage operating budgets and billing processes.
  • Consult legal representatives for contract escalations.
  • Review proposals and ensure alignment with growth objectives.
  • Contribute to presales processes and provide advice.
  • Drive service delivery excellence and resolve contractual issues.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree with related experience.
  • ITIL certification to demonstrate expertise in IT service management.
Required Experience:
  • Senior-level client engagement experience.
  • Experience in Managed Services and/or Support Services environment.
  • Experience managing service delivery teams or related functions.
