Senior Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless onboarding experience for clients by completing risk profiles and updating relationship information in a timely manner.
- Process account opening or maintenance requests efficiently, liaising with downstream partners to ensure completion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, partnering with KnowYourClient Teams and other product partners to ensure expedient processing.
- Provide top-notch customer service and teamwork to internal partners, continuously innovating processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- 5-8 years of experience in client onboarding or a related field.
- Licensing (Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66) beneficial but not required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to improve existing processes.
- Extremely detail-oriented and excellent team player.
- Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
