Strategic Customer Engagement Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our APAC-based team as a Senior Solutions Consultant. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process, providing expert guidance on Braze's capabilities and strategic value.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, security, and product, to deliver seamless and effective customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include designing and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate how Braze's technology meets customer needs and drives business outcomes.
As a mentor and leader, you will also be responsible for fostering the growth and development of junior Solutions Consultants on your team.

Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process, providing expert guidance on Braze's capabilities and strategic value.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and effective customer experiences.
- Design and present tailored solutions that demonstrate how Braze's technology meets customer needs and drives business outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior Solutions Consultants, fostering their growth and development within the team.
- Engage in up to 50% travel to meet with clients, participate in industry events, and support sales initiatives across the APAC region.
- Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team.
- Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (even just HTML).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A high level of intellectual curiosity, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Our estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
