Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Secretarial Executive in handling corporate secretarial matters, including preparation of directors' resolutions, board meeting papers, and board minutes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including ACRA filings and SGXNet announcements.
- Update registers, minute books, and corporate secretarial precedents databases.
- Liaise with auditors and stakeholders for information and documents.
- Prepare XBRL in full set.
- Meet task timelines and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Three years of working experience with corporate secretarial background.
- Knowledge of ACRA and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good record-keeping habits and skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
