Global Mobility Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to relocating employees throughout their journey.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and availability to work weekends. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with relocating employees, providing personalized recommendations for social, cultural, and lifestyle activities, and curating tailored client reports.

  • Conduct in-depth housing research, including rental market trends, school ratings, commute times, and neighborhood suitability based on client preferences.
  • Offer school support as needed by presenting both public and private options based on the destination, and assist with school viewings and the admission process whenever possible.
  • Assist with essential services such as conversion of driver's license, banking setup, and other logistical requirements to ensure a smooth transition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 5 years of residency in Singapore, with extensive knowledge of the local rental market, education system, and local registration processes.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, strong customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and effective time management skills.
