Job Title: Youth Care Mentor | Residential Program Coordinator

Job Description:
As a Youth Care Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of young females who have experienced trauma. This residential program aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment for these adolescents to grow and develop essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and support residents in daily activities such as meal planning, household chores, and recreational pursuits.
2. Provide guidance and mentorship to promote positive behavior and self-esteem.
3. Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to address the unique needs of each resident.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:
1. Experience working with at-risk youth or those impacted by trauma is essential.
