Trybe runs various youth programmes and manages the Singapore Boys’ Hostel (SBHL). We provide youth with guidance and offer support for their families and communities, creating a complete ecosystem of care from community-based outreach and interventions, to individual in-care and aftercare services.

The Youth Residential Care Worker will be working with male juvenile offenders, between the age of 14 to 20, in an institutional facility, which focuses on community rehabilitation. They are required to work in shifts.

List of responsibilities, but not limited to:

- Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline, and standards of regimentation in the Rehab institution;
- Plan and coordinate the daily routine or programmes for the residents;
- Able to build a strong relationship with these residents and be role models for the residents;
- Ensure the safety and security of premises

**Requirements**:

- N levels and above
- Able to do rotating shifts
- Independent, resourceful and responsible
- Firm in upholding the standards and responsiveness in dealing with people
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc
