
Executive Administrator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our training operations and learning initiatives as a Training Administrative Executive. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination of training workshops, accurate data tracking, and maintaining up-to-date training records and materials.
This person will be responsible for coordinating logistics, including venue booking, meeting invites, security clearance, material preparation, setup, and attendance tracking. They will also collect and consolidate post-training feedback from participants.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative roles, preferably in training coordination or HR support. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Familiarity with SharePoint and experience generating reports from enterprise systems is an advantage.
The selected candidate will work closely with the team to ensure seamless training execution and provide general administrative support for training and development initiatives.

Requirements:- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, People Development, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in training coordination or HR support.

- Familiarity with SharePoint and experience generating reports from enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.
