Customer Engagement Specialist Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled customer engagement specialist to join our team. As a customer engagement specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular communication.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to secure appointments and engage them in discussions about our services.

  • Build and strengthen relationships through calls, emails, or other digital channels to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Confidently handle customer enquiries and objections in a professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

  • Meet and exceed conversion targets by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing effective strategies to achieve them.

  • Document all call activities, leads, and appointment details accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards throughout all interactions with customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

  • Excellent CRM and Microsoft Office skills to manage customer data and records effectively.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
