We are seeking a proactive and driven individual to join our organization as a Relationship Manager. This role involves marketing our suite of auto financing solutions, building strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Market GB Helios' suite of financial products to potential customers
- Identify, develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness
- Maintain business rapport with new and existing customers
- Partake in sales and marketing activities in generating prospects
- Perform credit processing and assessment, including financial analysis
- Evaluate and document all transactions for accuracy and timeliness
- Meet pre-set business targets and contribute to the organization's overall growth
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline (training provided)
- Experience in auto financing and commercial lending is an advantage
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with customer engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
