Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing and documenting business requirements from stakeholders in the banking and insurance sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the banking and insurance sectors.
  • Document business requirements and prepare functional specifications and use cases.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into technical solutions.
  • Support testing activities by preparing test cases and performing UAT.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to understand current processes and propose improvements.

Key skills for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking, insurance, or financial services.
  • Experience in writing clear business documentation and working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
