Job Title: HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, establishing partnerships with internal and external sourcing channels, reviewing recruitment strategies, and coordinating training programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, facilitating interviews, making employment offers, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to source high-quality candidates for vacant positions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of recruitment strategies to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Coordinate training programs, course registrations, and manage training records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Support company-wide CSR and welfare initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR and/or administrative support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
