Job Description:

The Program Manager, Construction, Mechanical Systems will lead the execution of mechanical construction programs, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and strategic objectives. This role involves applying extensive knowledge of multiple sub-functions including HVAC, process exhaust, water systems, and cleanroom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of wet systems, dry systems, and engineering services, ensuring seamless integration with process tools and other facility infrastructure.
  • Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and equipment commissioning to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Maintain engineering databases for job tracking, capital equipment, system loads, and capacities, supporting cost estimation and analysis for proposed projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical construction or program/project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale mechanical infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
