Responsible for the operation of SG WTE Plants (Senoko and Tuas) equipment.
Responsible for conducting regular inspections, annual overhaul, servicing, maintenance of equipment and plant ancillaries.
Manage day-to-day maintenance activities and attend daily maintenance toolbox meetings.
Conduct regular inspections, annual overhaul, servicing, maintenance of equipment and plant ancillaries.
Allocate manpower and supervise staff in performing maintenance, troubleshooting and repair work under your supervision.
Assist in monitoring and replenishing spares in the store; purchase of essential spares for maintenance works and perform inspections for the received spare parts.
Ensure proper filling and documentation of administrative, maintenance and service works.
Ensure safety during maintenance and service activities conducted by staff and contractors.
Response promptly & attend to call for emergencies to minimize operation impacts and enhance reliability.
Assist the Mechanical Engineers to troubleshoot/ fault diagnosis/ failure analysis to determine cause of failure and provide remedy solution.
Assist the Mechanical Engineers to develop Risk Assessment and mitigation measures for every maintenance job in the plant.
Ensure proper maintenance on department tools and safekeeping.
Assist Engineer to plan and implement continual improvement programs.
Assist Engineer to implement internal training and OJT programs.
A successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided)
To perform the duties with responsibility and to utmost safety in job deliveries.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor / plant management.

Job Requirements
Diploma or National ITE Certificate in relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience equivalent to Process Plant, Power Plant, Environment or oil & gas industry.
Ideally involvement in the technical and maintenance aspects of Steam Turbines, Water-Tube Boiler, Hydraulic System, Ashes Conveyor System.
Knowledge and experience of modern Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
Able to interpret as-built drawing, AutoCad Drawing, P&ID Diagram
Ability to work both independently, positive attitude and a good team-player.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in basic office computer software.
