Resident Technical Officer We are seeking a qualified Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to provide full-time site supervision for a project in Northern Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory regulations.Key Responsibilities: Carry out the duties required as site supervisor under the Building Control Act and Regulations or other duties as required by other Authorities; Supervise and inspect all site works (C&S) to ensure compliance with approved plans and standards. Conduct quality control checks, witness tests, and maintain accurate site records and reports. Enforce safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act. Review method statements and inspection test plans. Attend site meetings and coordinate with the main contractor and consultants. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field. Must be accredited with IES and ACES as a Resident Technical Officer. BCA-registered RTO with a minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in building projects. Meticulous, proactive, and a strong team player. Willingness to work night shifts/overtime if required. Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
