Job Title: Event Operations Specialist

Job Description

The Event Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the execution of events from start to finish. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event operations, project management, or a related field, and be able to think critically and creatively.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.


Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Events Management, Project Management, or a related field

• 2-4 years of experience in event operations, project management, or a related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members

• Proficient in software such as AUTOCAD and SketchUp (or equivalent)
