Senior Innovation Strategist

The role involves delivering innovative solutions to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition. It requires identifying emerging trends, disruptors, and opportunities in the IoT ecosystem to inform strategic investment decisions.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify Emerging Trends: Conduct continuous scanning of the IoT landscape to discover new technologies, business models, competitor moves, and untapped market spaces.
- Validate Market Opportunities: Design and execute validation processes for new opportunity hypotheses, utilizing customer research, expert interviews, competitive analysis, and prototype testing.
- Strategically Build New Ventures: Lead the initial incubation phase for validated opportunities, defining product-market fit, building minimum viable products or prototypes, and running pilot programs with early customers.
- Ecosystem Networking: Establish a network of external contacts to serve as a radar for emerging innovation and potential partnership opportunities.
- Clear Communication: Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior leadership to inform strategic investment decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly beneficial.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy roles within a technology context.
- Proven experience in market analysis, new venture development, or managing early-stage innovation projects.
- Deep understanding of the IoT technology stack, competitive landscape, and key market drivers.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills.
